VP Currency (by Happle )

Here are some tips to help you if you want to save up!

-Have a limit - The limit you should spend in a week is around 20k or more depending on how much you have. Resist spending more.
-Resist buying items - No matter how tempting this might seem, stop buying them unless it doesn't go past your limit. It'll save you a lot of money.
-Play Tetris - Okay, no matter how badly you suck at Tetris, you can earn around 1.5k fans and PD/hour, just keep restarting if you need to. Tetris gives the most money and fans in the shortest amount of time. For some people, you don't even need 5 minutes to get that much from tetris.
-Battle Buddy - Have a battle buddy. Try to battle a lot, you get fans and PD and if you get on the Hall of Fame top 10, you'll get credits.
-Hall of Fame - Try to be first in any of them, to get 25 credits, but it's usually hard. Or aim for top 10 to get 10 credits. If you're constantly getting 1st every week, in more than 1, try to let other people have a chance because many people can't buy credits. You also get PD for being on there.
-Perform - Perform as much as you can. Even though at first it doesn't seem very effective, get on Top 10, performing, get credits and PD. And if you perform a lot, the fans and PD will add up.
-Sell credits - If you're looking to save PD, many players will buy credits, for a good price because they're pretty wanted. If you're saving credits, buy credits for a high price, even though it's rare that someone is selling. If you're looking to save PD and credits, buy credits from other players only for a low price and sell credits for a high price.
-Personal Tour - Even though it might seem very boring, it's not too hard to travel to 3 countries and perform there.
-Record Label - You could join a record label to get extra PD if they have a music academy, even none of them have one atm but if you consult the leader, I'm sure they could. However, music academy mails often annoy many people. Also, if you join a label, you could do a record label performance which allows you to perform even more but only when there's a tour going on. With tours, you get more prizes from it than a regular personal tour.
-Voting Links - You could share your voting link and get fans and PD. Even though it might not seem like much at first, soon it'll be a lot. Also, if you get into Top 3 clicks at the end of the month, you get 100 credits!
-Wheel of Fortune - So, this might not be the most effective way, but hey, you get a free spin daily so why not go for it? :3
-Albums - These are pretty annoying to keep up on, but if you do the task for 7 days, they give a decent reward, but a battle would be so much quicker. However, the great thing is that you don't need another player for albums, but it takes 7 days.
-Do not donate money - It's very recommended to not donate money to get fans, unless you're going for fans over PD. At the level, Living Legend, you pay $22 to get 100 fans. If you donate, it's $25 for 8 fans.
-Social Media - As you know, you can post the link on facebook/twitter once every 7 days. If you're close to leveling up, try to level up and then post as you get more money and fans that way. It's a easy way.
-Play Games - Not too effective, but if you get into top 10, you van also get a special item for the week.
-Competitions - Sometimes competitions are held by labels or regular players. Join them for a chance to win money! Or, join the Event team's competitions. They have a lot of interesting ones that occur. =)
-Sell Clothing - Instead of buying, sell them! You could get lots of money depending on what you're selling.
VP is based on mainly two things which are clothes and socializing.

Because of this, many people run out of money when buying everything when there's a new update, or when buying unavailable items from other players.

The two currencies are Popdollars and Credits, with credits being significantly worth more.

At the moment, the credit to PD ratio is around 1:3000.

Some people barely have 100k PD saved up or 50 credits but some others have over 1M PD and 1k credits.

Some people on VP want to have an amazing wardrobe but others just want a lot of money saved up.

1. I think the most effective way of earning pd is playing tetris, performing, and touring.

2. I would like to see an article about the countries that are represented on VP, especially those with really active members (like India, England, etc).

Battling and selling is more effective and performing and playing tetris as well.

I usually have around 100k pd, but I recently bought a lot of clothing. I don't care that much about how many pd I have, as long as I can buy all the new clothing that comes to the shops xD
