For today there's an article about the English designers. I have interviewd a few of them. Some have the job, some of them haven't. You'll find out something about them and about their designs.

1: Who are you? I'm Jess, aged 22 and my hobbies are drawing, designing and checking out Youtubers.
2: Since when do you design?
I started to design back on gSm back in 08 I think it was. IT's been a while either way but I started to design for VP the moment I signed up.
3: What do you love about designing?
What I love about designing the most, is seeing others wearing my designs. Even now I go through forums and be like 'Omg, she's is wearing my --'. It just makes me so happy.
4: What do you design the most and why? The things I design the most are dresses. I love dresses and I also rather enjoy doing cosplay outfits as well. Such as my FNAF collection at the moment.
5: Do you have advices for beginning designers, How was your first design and how look your designs now and did you also have moments when you thought: "Gosh.. I never want to do this again!" ?
Well, most of my advice is pretty pointless or bad but if I did have to say something to begin designing it would be this; Look for your inspiration and learn from others. It can be hard starting off designing, and the way I learnt was trying to mimic other peoples shading styles etc. It can help a lot.
6: How was your first design and how look your designs now and what don't you like to design?
I don't want to design animals...but I am haha. I'm not much of an animal drawer either, so I find it rather hard within heavy referencing. Another thing I'm not really keen on as everyone knows is hair. It's just a big no for me.
7: Who do you think is the best D of VP?
Me of course haha, but no in all seriousness Sam is the best EN server designer. When she first designing, I was so jealous of how she designs and still am now. I'm honoured to of lost the award of best designer to such an amazing and lovely designer.
8: Would you like it to become something else here too, like mod, tpc, et? Well, I'm known for being a badge whore so everything! But at the moment I would love to be a mod and my main ambition is to end up with a little red A next to my name eventually.
The first user I've interviewed is MissLlamaness. She isn't very active with designing, but she's really talented. I've decided to ask her a few questions too.
1: Who are you? My name is Katrine, and I'm a 14 year old girl from Denmark. I spend all day on my computer, usually on avatar sites such as this, but I also play quite some games. When I'm not playing anything I often draw - either on paper or on my computer (with my drawing tablet).
2: Since when do you design? I started designing on VP not long after the English server opened, on my old user.
3: What do you love about designing? I love being able to practice drawing, and getting feedback on it easily.
4: What do you design the most and why? Hm, I guess I mainly go for dresses and tops. The reason is probably that I don't change my shading style too much for clothing (which I on the other hand do with hair). And I love making a lot of folds and such, so I often go for dresses.
5: Do you have advices for beginning designers? If you're pixeling without a drawing tablet, it's a good idea to have the pen size on 1, as it makes it easier to draw without it getting cluttered. Also remember so save your design as an PNG file, other file types might destroy the quality of the design.
6: How was your first design and how look your designs now? This was my first design - I remember how much I loved the hair, haha. I guess it's not too bad for my first design, but I'd say that I've improved quite a bit over the years.
7: Did you also have moments when you thought: "Gosh.. I never want to do this again!" ? Oh yeah, I think that quite often to be honest.
8: When was that? Well I must admit that it doesn't motivate me much when Kaj doesn't want to put my designs on the site, and in general I'm just very negative about my designs (which isn't very motivating either).
9: Who do you think is the best D of VP? That's a hard one, really. Palefire is an amazing artist, and can make some awesome hairs, however Shadowjess makes some beautiful dresses, not to mention that she's really active as an designer. I'd say it's tie between the two of them.
10: Would you like it to become something else here too, like mod, tpc, et? Other than Designer the "jobs" on VP doesn't really interest me much, so no.
The second person which I've interviewed, is Chelseaa. She doesn't design for a long time, but she can design way more than she thinks! Meet Chelseaa.
1: Who are you? My name is Chelsea. I am 15. My hobbies are hockey and in my spare time designing clothing on paper.
2: Since when do you design? Well I started designing this year, I practiced a bit and improved and I'm quite happy about what I've done so far.
3: What do you love about designing? I love that you can set your mind free and design whatever comes to your heart.
4: What do you design the most and why? Mostly shirts and bit of dresses, but as well trying out new things. I'm still working on my hair designs.
5: Do you have advices for beginning designers? Yes, practice makes perfect. At first you don't succeed- Try again. Yes, you make loads of mistakes, but don't give up!
6: How was your first design and how look your designs now? My first design was a purple dress with a pattern, but looking at my designs today I've improved a lot.
7: Did you also have moments when you thought: "Gosh.. I never want to do this again!" ? Oh yes! Definitely, but I still continued with my work until I was satisfied.
8: When was that and do you think that those moments will ever come? Probably in beginning. No, I don't think so. I really love designing, but I'm sure there will be some ups and downs.
9: Who do you think is the best D of VP? I personally think everyone has their own natural talent in designing, and I think the amount of designs I've seen so far have been incredible, even the beginners.
10: Would you like it to become something else here too, like mod, tpc, et? Nope, nothing specific.
