If you've read any of my articles before then you would know that they are one of my favourite things. I love being able to see someone you enjoy listening to in person and working out if they are just as good as you imagine. This year I have been lucky to have seen a total of 20 artists during the summer months and it has honestly been a wonderful time. I haven't seen them all separately, I saw ten at a one night concert at a local arena and then I saw the rest at V Festival. What made it even better was getting to make memories with my cousins.
At the first concert I saw: The Vamps Aston Merrygold Alesha Dixon Dappy Blonde Nathan Sykes Taio Cruz Lawson Stereokicks Foxes
It was an incredible night filled with music and laughter. It was nice to catch up with all my cousins and have my first ever night out with them without my parents being there. The music was amazing and I loved everyone, minus Dappy as I'm not a fan of him as a person. But everyone else was amazing. It was amazing to see Lawson, who have been one of my favourite bands for years again. They were just as good as the first time I saw them live. Taio Cruz was amazing, I hadn't thought of any of his music in a long time because he hadn't really had any songs out but he was amazing and his new music was also brilliant. It was a great night and I can't wait to go back next year.
Although I enjoyed Summer Live at the local arena, V Festival was my favourite. I'd dreamed of going to a festival for years. I just wanted to be part of that huge crowd and let the music unite all of us there. It was honestly one of the best days of my life and I would love to go back and relive it. At V Festival I saw:

It was amazing. The music was amazing. The company was amazing it was just truly amazing. I loved every person I saw there but my favourites had got to be the script. It was chucking it down and there was thunder and lightening but it didn't even matter, because what Danny O' Donoghue said was true. Music is the true religion and it unities us all. It didn't matter that we were all from different backgrounds, that we were of different races or that we didn't even know each other. In that moment we were all untied by music and it was truly magical and it took my breath away. It was the feeling I had always wanted to feel and it was amazing to feel it. It was then amazing to finish of the night by having a dance and going crazy to Calvin Harris. It was amazing and a perfect end to a perfect day. The atmosphere was electric.
